HIPLAY — Legal

Data & Account Deletion

Last updated: November 5, 2026 · Effective: November 5, 2026

Does the game use an account?

No. HIPLAY games — including Epic Ragdoll Battle Simulator — do not require an account and never ask you to register. There is no player account to delete, and we hold no profile with your name or email address.

What you can ask us to delete

Even without accounts, small amounts of data tied to your device or advertising ID may exist in our analytics and purchase systems. On request, we will delete:

  • analytics events associated with your device or advertising ID;
  • purchase-linked records that can be associated with your device or advertising ID, to the extent we are not legally required to keep them.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • the name of the game (for example, Epic Ragdoll Battle Simulator);
  • approximately when you first played, if you remember;
  • your advertising ID, if you know it — see the section below for where to find it. If you do not know it, that is fine; send the request anyway.

You do not need to send us identity documents. If a request is ambiguous, we will reply with one clarifying question.

What we delete and what we keep

After verifying a request, we delete the records described above and instruct our service providers to do the same for the data processed on our behalf. We keep:

  • purchase and tax records for up to 7 years, because accounting and tax law requires us to;
  • minimal fraud and security records where needed to protect players and our services from abuse.

Anything else tied to your advertising ID is deleted or de-identified so it can no longer be linked to you.

Timeline

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and usually much faster. You will get a confirmation email when it is done.

Also reset your advertising ID

Deleting the advertising ID on your device immediately stops apps from using it for personalised advertising and breaks the link to earlier activity. On Android:

  • open Settings → Google → Ads (on some devices: Settings → Privacy → Ads);
  • tap Delete advertising ID, or Reset advertising ID to replace it with a fresh one.

Uninstalling a game also removes its local data from your device, such as saved progress. Note that local progress cannot be recovered after uninstalling, since the games do not use accounts or cloud saves.
